Mamas CircleWe need each other! For advice on everything from diaper brands to toddler tantrums. Someone to text when we've googled ourselves into a dark place at 3am. For friendship and laughter.
That's why we have Mamas Circles.
These open and supportive groups of moms navigating life with tiny people help fill the void of the village. Because we were never meant to mother alone.
Circles are now a part of Mama Love Collective.

Pregnancy Support Circles
For pregnant people in any trimester
Pregnancy Support Circles include weekly group zoom video calls to check-in, offer support, and participate in a facilitated conversation about pregnancy and early postpartum. We'll also share resources and provide space for continued connection between sessions because so much can happen in a week. You'll get to build your village (even before your baby is born!) and have consistent support during time of uncertainty and constant change. |
Mamas Circle - Newborns
For moms and newborn to pre-crawling babies
The original Mamas Circle is where it all begins. Moms and their newborn to pre-crawling babies are invited to join a 6-week session to help get your questions answered, provide space to offer tips to others, and create lasting friendships for you and your little one. During our weekly meetings, first time and veteran mamas share in the intense first few weeks and months of parenting a tiny human. Most babies are 0-6 months old and sessions start every few weeks. |
Motherhood Circles
Motherhood circles are for moms to deepen connections with each other as we continue to shape our identities and raise our children. In these circles we explore modern-day motherhood, parenting with consciousness and intention, and support each other while building confidence in ourselves as mothers. The circles include virtual meetings, activities and articles in-between sessions, and hopefully some in-person gatherings as we are able to meet up again.

No topic is sacred within the confines of Mamas Circle. This is a circle of intimacy, support, humor and honesty. And I have relied on these other new mothers to help me see things in the right light, to find answers to things like an incessant diaper rash, and to keep moving forward through the haze of the first few months. I’m happy just to be in the same room with these women, their babies and our fellow mom and guide, Elizabeth.

It was a wonderful experience; thank you for facilitating Elizabeth! Your depth of knowledge and pragmatic philosophy were super helpful for me too. Even as a second time mom, I have some of the same challenges where I could use a new perspective, but also many new ones to navigate and sort out.

My daughter just turned one and I am still in touch with several moms and babies from Mamas Circle. I liked it so well that I did a second session of it, and it was a super helpful way to commiserate with and learn from other women, make friends, and become confident in my own parenting, such that I could give advice to other new moms. It was also an excellent way to get out of the house in the early weeks.

I always wanted to join a group after I had baby so that I could meet other moms going through the same thing. My sister always told me to have a supportive network because you can't do it alone. I love Mamas Circle! It is just what I was looking for: a safe, kind, and supportive group to get me through the first couple of months of being a new mom. I look forward to seeing Elizabeth and all the moms and babies every week!

I love Mamas Circle. It allowed me to stay in touch with my wonderful friends from prenatal yoga, meet their new babies, share birth stories, and see them become moms at the same time as me. I felt safe and comfortable sharing the joy and the craziness of being a mother. So many doubts, so many questions... Mamas Circle is the place to find answers and feel better about ourselves.
