Baby & Me YogaThe combined Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga class offers pregnant and postpartum people the opportunity to relax, build strength and flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies both before and after giving birth. Classes include movement and breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and mind/body awareness. The Prenatal and Postnatal class is mixed-level (beginners welcome!) and open to people in all stages of pregnancy and starting at about 6 weeks postpartum. The in-studio class is for vaccinated adult students only; if you'd like to practice with your baby nearby, please join us via Zoom.
Yoga to Renew & RestoreJoin a weekly yoga class to renew your spirit and restore your body. Our practice includes dynamic movement through yoga asanas to support growth and balance as well as an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself in restorative and yin postures. Join us every week or drop-in as you are able to move and breathe in (virtual) community.

Elizabeth is an amazing teacher. She uses humor, gives options for different levels, and challenges and rewards her students. Her cues are clear and concise. She will often stand next to a student who needs assistance and do the pose alongside of them, which is a nice way of adjusting and offering support. I think the thing I appreciate so much about her is that she is there for her students, she is not just about showing off what poses she can do. Her experience, relaxed nature, and class themes make her a great instructor.
